REAR CURTAIN EXPOSURE

There are many terms to describe this technique; long-exposure, shutter-drag, light painting, etc. The proper term is rear curtain exposure.

In a normal (flash) photograph the flash is triggered at the beginning of the exposure. When the exposure time is too slow it can cause motion blur which is unnatural and not very complimentary

Rear-Curtain uses a longer exposure and triggers the flash at the end of the exposure, creating a sense of motion. This technique is very useful for sports and action photography where a dramatic feel for movement is needed.

Wardrobe is somewhat limited. I would prefer light colored athletic attire. Session will take place at the Majestic Theatre or Kankakee Armory.

The pay is $125 and should take about 60 to 90 min. And yes...you get the pictures too.
